Well done and thank you to everyone for all of your hard work this term, whether you were in school or home-schooled.
Details of summer learning has been emailed to all families, so please remember to read regularly and practise the times tables.

Captain Tom Moore's extraordinary fundraising efforts have come to an end raising nearly £33m for the NHS. Captain Tom Moore was "overawed" to find out he was being awarded a knighthood for his fundraising efforts.

The question is... How important is it to have a routine?
Next week is 'half term' so here are some different types of activities for you to try.
Write your own rap/song around a theme of your choice. Use pots and pans for the music.
Build a den (inside or outside) that can fit at least two people in.
Have an upside-down meals day (breakfast for lunch etc).
Make a fitness routine and put your family through their paces.
Sketch something in your house/garden or create a sculpture.

Reading Please complete the Ancient Egypt reading comprehension attached to the the end of this weeks resources. There are three levels of challenge 1,2 and 3 star start with 1 and work up (be honest and don't peep at the answers ). This will link to the Bitesize history lesson from Tuesday about the pyramids.
Maths This week's Bitesize lessons have featured number and rounding. To make sure you keep on top of other maths skills please log on to White Rose by clicking on their maths badge opposite to find, home learning summer term week 1, and complete the geometry lesson and activity booklet.
Science Please log on to Purple Mash where I have set you a 2Do about Charles Darwin. We will be finding out more about him in the coming weeks.
Art - if the Ancient Egypt history has got you thinking, you might want to try your hand at some art inspired by their lifestyle and culture. Click on the Egyptian painting opposite to visit the Artyfactory website for some ideas and suggestions.
And don't forget to have your Picture News debate, this fortnight's question is Do we think people will travel less in future? There are lots of resources and discussion prompts on the Picture News page, click on the Apple to go straight there.
