It's extremely important to keep active while you are at home. This doesn't need to be like a PE lesson at school though; at home you have all sorts of other opportunities such as walking, running round the garden, skipping, trampolining or hula hooping, going out for a run...........

A site packed with simple but effective ideas for activity and exercise challenges e.g. 'How many squat jumps can you do in 60 seconds?' - complete with a downloadable scoresheet where children can enter their scores to see if they achieve the Bronze, Silver or Gold levels. Something that can be repeated as often as you want, trying to beat your own 'personal best' score.

During lockdown, Joe delivered a daily 'PE with Joe' exercise session to help our children keep active. Those videos are still available on his 'Body Coach TV' YouTube channel. alonhg with many others such as his '5-Minute Move' HIIT videos. Click on his picture to go straight there. He will work you hard! So make sure you are in loose, comfortable clothing with non-slip footwear and have a water bottle with you.
