It is really important to keep active while you are at home. This doesn't have to be like a PE lesson at school! You have all sorts of other opportunities at Home School: walking, cycling, on your trampoline in the garden, skipping or hula hooping or going out for a run.

Every morning have a daily PE lesson with Joe Wicks.
Click on his picture to go straight to his web site. Or go to his You Tube channel. He will work you hard! So make sure you are in loose, comfortable clothing with non-slip footwear. You can watch these videos later in the day too if you can't make it for 9 o'clock.
