Wednesday: Find out why the evacuation of children in WW2 was called 'Operation Pied Piper'. Work through the power point of the story, answering the questions as you go along.
Then write down why you think the evacuation of children in WW2 was called Pied Piper. Do you think it was an appropriate name? How do you think the children being evacuated felt? What questions might the children have about being evacuated?
