Complaints Procedure
If, having discussed your concerns with your child’s class teacher and the Head Teacher, you still feel that you are not happy with any action taken then we do have a complaints procedure.
In this instance you should contact the school’s Governing Body, details of whom can be found on the Governors tab of this website. An informal approach would hopefully be sufficient but, again, if you are not satisfied a formal approach to the Governing Body should be made in writing.
Any matter still not resolved may be forwarded to the Lincolnshire Education Authority (details of which is held in school) and, finally to the Secretary of State for Education
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
