Our Governing Body is made up of a range of governors who fulfil a variety of roles. They are representative of the school's community and include parents, school staff, local members of the village, business and the local authority. There are nine governors and the body meets approximately six times a year.

Committees
As a small governing body we do not have a committee structure. All issues are raised, discussed and debated by the full governing body.
We do however, to give a balance of focus , and in line with advice from a local governor training led by National Lead Governor, balance / alternate the meeting's main content between teaching and learning and finance, over the year .
Responsibility For Finances
The governing body must oversee the school's finances and budgets which are managed by the headteacher and the school's senior administrator. This includes the costs of staff and resources.
The school must publish the salary details of any staff member whose gross salary exceeds £100k, however, no employee of Billingborough Primary School earns a salary of this value.
